Our Location

Charming House is the ideal solution for those who are looking for a break, drinking a good glass of wine on the sea view terrace. The house is located only a few minutes walk from the center of Sant'Agata and in a strategic position for connections to the beautiful places of the area: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii , Capri and Ischia.
It is also possible to take pleasant walks / hikes on the country paths that lead from Sant'Agata to enchanting places such as: Crapolla, Ieranto Bay, Cala Mitigliano, Punta Campanella, Marina del Cantone and Recommone.

How to reach us
We have a meeting point!

We inform you that the access of the villa is quite narrow (1.80 mt large in the narrowest point), so we suggest you to use a small car. 

Therefore, if you wish to be independent and want to rent a car our advise is to rent a medium-small sized one.

If you don't like to drive and you love to walk you can use the local bus service that is cheap. There are frequent buses from Sant'Agata sui due Golfi to Sorrento, where the train station (Circumvesuviana) for Naples is situated and also the pier for departures to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. 

When you have confirmed we will fix a meeting point in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi in order to accompany you personally from the village center to Charming House.

Our Sea

The coast of Massa Lubrense is included in the Natural Marine Park of Punta Campanella and, from many years, it's always been awarded with the "Blue Flag" prize.
All the beaches are with small stones (no sand), the greatest and most important beach is Marina del Cantone which offers also many restaurants and bars.
From Nerano village, through a beautiful trekking walking (estimated walking time 40 minutes), it's possible to reach a wild beach called Jeranto bay (without restaurants or bars), actually managed from the FAI / Fondo Ambiente Italiano which ensures its integrity. 
The access to "Jeranto bay" is free, but it's needed to carry with you the water and the food required for the staying. 
Another wild beach is Mitigliano, which is on the way along the trekking walking to Punta della Campanella and it's located just in front of Capri. 
From Mitigliano you will have the chance to get a bath with the incredible landscape of the "Faraglioni of Capri".
Besides, all along the Amalfi coast, there are many beaches, some of them are medium sized and others are very tiny and reachable only by the sea.

Trekking and Hiking trails

Charming House is the ideal place for people who like trekking. 
Indeed just starting from "Charming House", you can reach the wonderful trail to Crapolla , a rugged path frequented by fishermen with a small beach.
During the walk you will enjoy a gorgeous view over the Amalfi coast with the archipelago of "Li Galli" and two other small islands Vetara and Isca.
In the Massa Lubrense territory there are many other beautiful trekking walks like: Punta della Campanella, Monte San Costanzo, Jeranto bay and Mitigliano.
Besides, also along the near Amalfi Coast, you will find many more trails, some of them are already "world famous", like "il Sentiero degli Dei / Path of the Gods" and "la Valle delle Ferriere".
